Cancellation Policy

1) Scope
This policy applies to:
a) Subscription plans (Lite, Plus, Pro and Enterprise tailored).
b) Project-based services (Naming, Branding, Website, E-commerce, Marketing and AI Automation).
2) Cancellation of subscriptions (Lite/Plus/Pro/Enterprise)

During the free trial (7 days): you can cancel at any time before the end of the trial period and you will not be charged .

After the trial/paid cycle: You can cancel at any time from your account or by requesting it through official contact channels . Cancellation stops future renewals , and access is maintained until the current cycle ends.

Tailor-made Enterprise: Cancellation conditions are set out in the specific service contract.
3) Cancellation of services by project

Before kick-off: If substantive work has not yet begun (e.g., research, approved brief, initial proposals), you may cancel. If you paid an advance, you will be reimbursed after deducting unrecoverable costs (e.g., licenses/third-party services acquired for your project) and the time actually invested .

After kickoff and before final delivery: You can cancel; we'll issue a prorated estimate based on completed milestones/deliverables and hours spent to date.

Upon final delivery/approval: Cancellation does not apply retroactively to work already delivered/approved (due to the creative/technical nature of the services).
4) Scheduled sessions (trainings/calls)

You can reschedule free of charge with 24 hours ' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may be counted as a used session.
5) Third-party services and licenses

Cancellation of third-party subscriptions (e.g., AI tools, domains, hosting, gateways) must be handled directly with each provider and is non-refundable by us .
