Return policy

Effective date: September 18, 2025

1) Subscriptions (Lite/Plus/Pro)

  • Free trial (7 days): If you cancel within the trial period, there are no charges .

  • Paid monthly cycles: Generally, we do not offer refunds for partial periods already started. Cancellation avoids future charges , and access is maintained until the end of the cycle.

  • Courtesy exception (first charge): If you forgot to cancel the trial and the first charge was processed, you can request a courtesy exception within 72 hours of the charge, provided no substantial custom settings have been applied to your account. (We reserve the right to accept or reject the request on a case-by-case basis.)

2) Services per project (Naming, Branding, Website, E-commerce, Marketing, Automation)

  • If you cancel before kick-off: refund of the deposit less non-recoverable costs and time actually invested (see Cancellation Policy).

  • If you cancel with work in progress: prorated refund based on completed milestones/deliverables and hours invested; parts already delivered or approved are non-refundable .

  • Creative and technical deliverables: upon approval/receipt of final files (names, identities, designs, code, automation flows), the service is considered consumed with respect to that part.

  • Correction of technical errors: If you detect an error attributable to us in a technical deliverable (e.g., automation or website) within 14 days of delivery, we will correct it free of charge . This does not replace a refund.

3) Payments, timings and refund method

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method . The processing time depends on the bank/payment gateway.

  • If there are any third-party charges (licenses, domains, APIs), these are not refundable by us; you can manage them with each provider.

4) Disputed charges / countercharges

  • Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue . Once a chargeback is opened, the process may take time and is subject to the payment gateway/bank.

5) How to request a refund

  • Write through the contact channels published at juandiaz.mx/contacto with: order/service number, date, reason and evidence (if applicable).

6) Legal framework and updates

  • This policy is interpreted in accordance with applicable Mexican law . We may update it; the current version will always be published on the website, along with its effective date .
